% Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, J. W. Godfrey was nominated and unanimously elected to the office of Vice President, effective January 1, 1 9 6 6 . The election o^ Assistant Treasurer being in order, to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of D. A. Powell on December 31» 19&5, on motion duly seconded, P. G. Mackie was nominated and unanimously elected to the office of Assistant Treasurer, effective January 1 , 1 9 6 6 . On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne and Secretary Dixon in executing rider C.L.D. No. 14711-3, dated October 28, 19&5> extending to and including December 31» 1 9 6 7 , term of agreement Audit No. IO96O, dated February 5, 1964, expiring December 31» 19^5» subject to thirty days termination by either party, at a rental of $1,485.00 per month, which rental, due to leasing of additional area, was increased by C.L.D. No. 14711-1, effective April 1, 1964, to $1,820.40 per month, covering premises leased to Scott Paper Company at 3 2 5 1 Leonis Boulevard, Vernon, California, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey and Assistant Secretary How in executing C.L.D. 15294, agreement dated December 14, 1 9 6 5 , granting Walter’s 400 Custom Carpets, Inc., dba Peirce Carpet Mills, option to purchase parcel of land, being all that portion of Lots 5, 6 and 7, Block 1 7 of Tract No. 1343, described in C.L.D. 15294, in City of Industry, California, except oil, gas and minerals as excepted by E.
