* \ LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Hugh 0*Brian, efc al 745 The following Authority for Expenditure Request, approved by the President, was submitted for ratification: A, F. E. No. 7 (Work Order #24), issued December 28, 1965 to acquire approximately 140.071 acres of land at Mira Loma, California, required to provide land for future development of Industrial sites; acquisition was assented to by Union Pacific Railroad Company Executive Committee December 25, 1965. Not in budget. Total estimated expenditure $745,000.00* Estimated cost of actual property chargeable to Land and Public Improvements, Mira Loma, California, $745,000.00. WHEREUPON, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED; that the action of the President in approving the aforementioned A. F. E. Request, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
