\ 1^, 1 9 6 6 , between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and E. C. Woodward and Citizens National Trust & Savings Bank of Los Angeles, as Trustees under the Will of August V. Handorf, deceased, (assign­ed with consent of Las Vegas Land and Water Company, January 18, i9 6 0 , to Bernard V. Handorf and Mary Handorf), covering lease of premises for growing crops, City of Industry, California, rental $30 0 .0 0 per annum, payable annually in advance; said lease may be terminated, entirely or partially, by written notice given by either the Lessor or the Lessee on any date in such notice stated, not less, however, than ten (1 0 ) days subsequent to the date on which such notice shall be given; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne in executing C.L.D. No. 15382, lease dated March 9, 1966, to R. Adams, for term beginning January 1, 1 9 6 6 , and extending to and including December 31» 1966, subject to thirty (30) day recip­rocal termination, of premises for dwelling purposes, at monthly rental of $80.00, City of Industry, California; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, It was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey in executing Letter Agreement C.L.D. No. 15331, dated December 13, 1 9 6 5 , with M. Co Nottingham Company of Southern California, to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, etc0, to construct approximately 1 7 8 ^ linear feet of 1 5 ” sewer pipe line, together with 260 linear feet of 10" sewer pipe line, as well as other -3
