V August 16, 1965 assigned Land Purchase Deed Audit No. 6128, grant deed from Fred J. Russell to Las Vegas Land and Water Company of certain real property described therein, recorded September 8, 1965 as Instrument #103415, Official Records of Riverside County, California, said exception and reservation showing a distance of 1589.8 feet, whereas the said distance of 1589.8 feet should have appeared therein as 1598.8 feet, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. There being no further business to be transacted, on motion duly seconded, the meeting adjourned. Las Vegas Land and Water Company, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of minutes of meeting of Board of Directors of said Company, held May 10, 1966, (Signed) P. J.
