I agree.LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Peirce Carpet Mills 717 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne and Secretary Dixon in executing C.L.D. 15470, agreement dated June 10, 1966 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Walter*s 400 Carpets, Inc., dba Peirce Carpet Mills, collectively called "Occupiers", and Los Angeles County Flood Control District, called "Licensee", granting Licensee permission to use portion of Land Company * s property which is under one year option (our Contract Audit No. 10990 dated December 14, 1965) to Walter's 400 Custom Carpets, for the purpose of a by-pass road, in City of Industry, California; Licensee to conduct operations in manner satisfactory to and with prior approval of Occupiers, and to indemnify and hold harmless Occupiers from and against any and all liability, and to remove all materials at Licensee's sole expense and restore the area to condition existing prior to use as a by-pass road; license to continue to and including July 22, 1966; in event Licensee has not stopped the use of the area as a by-pass road by July 22, 1966 Licensee shall pay Occupiers the sum of $250.00 for each day after July 22, 1966 that the area continues to be used as a by-pass road; be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
