\ LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Challenge-Cook 717 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne in executing C. L. D. 15558, agreement entered into September 23, 1966 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Challenge- Cook Bros., Incorporated, granting license to construct, maintain and thereafter remove a temporary open earth drainage ditch in location shown on Exhibit nA ” print attached to agreement, for period effective August 1, 1966 to and including June 30, 1967, terminable on forth-eight hours written notice, be and the same Is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
