\ International liarvester 717 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action o£ Vice President Payne in signing letter of agreement No. 15567, dated September 9, 1966 accepting proposal of Richard P. McGuire to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, plans and other items as required to landscape area around the International Harvester Building at the southeast corner of Seventh and Proctor avenues, In City of Industry, California, for a consideration of $3,865.00, work to be performed to the satisfaction of the Vice President or authorized representative of the Land Company, work to upon execution of this agreement end be pursued diligently to completion, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
