The following Authority for Expenditure Request, approved by the President, was submitted for ratification: A, F® E® No® 5 (Work Order No® 30) issued September 29, 1966 to cover Las Vegas Land and Water Company’s participation in cost of constructing, widening and improving Seventh Avenue between Proctor Avenue and San Jose Creek bridge, in City of Industry, California, necessitated by Los Angeles County Flood Control District constructing a major storm drain in Seventh Avenue, and City of Industry re-grading the street to a new elevation, replacing street pavement and other pertinent facilities, the City requiring property owners to construct concrete curb, gutter and pave-out -sections when new concrete streets are installed® This expenditure to be added to value of property for lease or sale purposes® 10
