I agree.\ to permit others to use the land for purposes not inconsistent with the easement; District to maintain storm drain in good condition, at its expense, and shall indemnify Land Company against loss, damage and liability, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey and Assistant Secretary Cope in executing C. L» D„ 15397-1, easement to Los Angeles County Flood Control District for ingress and egress only over and across parcel of land described therein, in City of Industry, California, so long as and until said property is dedicated for public street purposes; Land Company reserves right to itself to use and permit others to use the property for any purpose not inconsistent with the easement, subject to conditions, limitations, restrictions, encumbrances, easements, licenses or interests of any person which may affect the land; should the District at any time abandon the use of the land or any part thereof, for a period of one year, easement shall cease and Land Company shall have the right to resume exclusive possession; be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
