\ IAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Hammill in executing C. L. D. No. 14738-4, supplemental agreement dated February 27, 1967 with John M. Ferrero, modifying area and extending to January 31, 1968 Contract Audit No. 10961, dated February 17, 1964 terminable on ten (10) days written notice, at monthly rental of $82.00, covering lease for growing of crops of certain land in City of Industry, California, all other terms and conditions of lease to remain in full force and effect, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
