On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Godfrey and Assistant Secretary Cope in executing agreement bearing our C.L.D. No. 15668, dated May 15, 1967 granting license to State of California, Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, to enter upon Land Company property for the sole pur-f pose of extending an existing drainage channel in a northerly direction toward Licensees proposed arch type culvert, which f i is to be constructed on Highway 60 between Etiwanda Avenue and Bain Street, Mira Loma, California, agreement to take effect as of May 15, 1967 and continue in full force and effect for a period of three months, Licensee to indemnify Land Company, work to be done under supervision and to satisfaction of Land Company, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
