On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Hammill and Secretary Dixon in executing C.L.D. 14927-2, termination rider dated March 13, 1967 terminating as of August 16, 1965 Contract Audit 105878, agreement dated January 28, 1965 between'LA&SL-UPRR and Fred J. Russell, assigned by Contract Audit 105878-1, effective August 16, 1965, to Las Vegas Land and Water Company, covering construction, maintenance and operation of an industry spur track at Mira Loma, Riverside County, California, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Hammill in executing agreement bearing C.L.D. No. 15716, grant of license to the Southern California Edison Company, a California f • corporation, for permission to construct, use, maintain, alter, add to, repair, replace and/or remove an overhead power line with all necessary appurtenances for transmission of electricity -2-
