\ John M* Ferrero On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Hammill in executing G. L. D. 15511-1 dated Hay 17, 1967, extension rider extending to July 31, 1968 lease to John M. Ferrero of premises for growing of crops in City of Industry, California at rental for the extended term of $150.00 per month, payable monthly in advance; Lessee to pay all personal property taxes; lease terminable on thirty days notice, and in event of termination Lessor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to crops; Lessee shall make no improvements and shall also pay for any permit or license fee for use and occupancy of leased premises, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
