E. Hammill as Vice President of Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Successor to Dominguez Estate Company, in executing termination rider bearing C. L. D. No. 15753-2, dated May 25, 1967 terminating as of April 18, 1967 lease between Dominguez Estate Company and Good Scouters Club of California, covering for an indefinite term effective October 4, 1961 Little League Ball Park in location on Seabright Street, Long Beach, California, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Hammill in executing Letter Agreement bearing C. L. D. No. 15757, dated April 19, 1967 granting license to Good Scouters Club of California to use property outlined on Exhibit "A” print, for the purpose of conducting thereon Little League and Pony League activities; license granted effective April 19, 1967 to continue for five years, subject to termination on thirty days written -6-
