W, Godfrey in executing termination rider C.L.D. 13507-8, dated August 4, 1967 terminating as of August 11, 1967 Contract Audit 10868, agreement dated May 17, 1960 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Western Auto Supply Company, covering lease of property, warehouse, office building and spur track at Vernon, Los Angeles County, California, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
