LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Southern California Gas and Southern Counties Gas Company CLD 15742 2-1612 The following Work Order Authority4 approved by the President, was submitted for ratification: W.O. 44, issued November 30, 1967, Mira Loraa, California, covering amount received from Southern California Gas Company and Southern Counties Gas Company, as consideration for gas pipe line easement over 1.84 acre strip of land in Section 32 and Section 29, Township 1 South, Range 6 West, S.S.R.& M., San Bernardino County, California, described in Las Vegas Land and Water Company Easement, Audit No. 6197, dated •July 14, 1967 { that the land for which easement was granted will not be retired from Investment Account, but the amount of $5,100.00, received from the Gas com­panies, will be credited to Account 215, to reduce the ledger value of the tract of land of which easement is a part; grant of easement was approved by the Executive Committee of Union Pacific Railroad Company, on September 8, 1967. Total estimated expenditure ($5,100.00) Estimated cost of additional property chargeable to Land and Public Im­provements, Mira Lome, California ($5,100.00) Appropriated for expenditure during calendar year 1967 ($5,100.00) Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED* that the action of President E.
