Total estimated expenditure ($5,100.00) Estimated cost of additional property chargeable to Land and Public Im­provements, Mira Loma, California ($5,100.00) Appropriated for expenditure during calendar year 1967 ($5,100.00) Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President E. H. Bailey in approving the aforementioned A. F. E. request, be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. The following Authority for Expenditure Request, approved by the President, was submitted for ratification: Work Order No. 46 issued December 26, 1967; retirement of a parcel of land, being portion of Lot 9 of Tract No. 3193 in Handorf Industrial District No. 2, containing an area of 4.683 acres. This property was sold to F M C Corporation by Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Deed Audit No. LS 6186, dated June 15, 1967; sale assented to by the Union Pacific Railroad Company Executive Committee on June 20, 1967. -3-
