Hammill in executing letter agreement C.L.D. No. 15945, dated January 10, 1968, with Orinnell Company of the Pacific, covering proposal to furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, supervision and all other items required to install Q-rinnell automatic sprinklers at Land Company*s warehouse 3385 Leonis Boulevard, Vernon, Los Angeles County, California, work to be performed to satisfaction of Land Company for the lump sum of $>19,104.00 agreement effective as of December 28, 1967 and work to be completed within sixty (60) days; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
