On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T.E.Hammill in executing rider C.L.D. No. 12516-19 dated February 19, 1968 extending to and including March 14, 1969 Contract Audit No. 10824, dated March 15, 1957 expiring by latest extension March 14, 1968 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and E. C. Woodward and Citizens National Trust & Savings Bank of Los Angeles, as Trustee under the Will of August V. Handorf, Deceased, (asssigned with consent of Las Vegas Land and Water Company January 18, 1960 to Bernard V. Handorf and Mary Handorf), covering lease of premises for growing crops, City of Industry, California, rental $300.00 per annum, payable annually in advance; said lease may be terminated, entirely or partially, by written notice given by either the Lessor or the Lessee on any date in such notice stated, not less, however, than ten (10) days subsequent to the date on which such notice shall be given; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
