E. Hammill in executing Extension Rider C.L.D. No. 15648-1, dated November 16, 1967, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Joseph Dippolito, dba Dippollto Grane Vineyard, extending term of Original Agreement, Contract Audit A-11025, to and including December 31, 1968} rental for the extended term shall be $1,000,00 per annum, payable annually in advance, and that all terms of Original Agreement, except as hereby modified and amended, shall remain in full force and effect; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved, and confirmed.
