How in executing Termination Rider C.L.D. No. 15872, dated August 28, 1967, effective September 1, 1967, terminating agreement A-8767 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, covering lease of water facilities at Yermo, San Bernardino County, California; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
