    LA VEGAS LAI-'.1 A 1) ATI R COj pAMY RESOLUTION City of Industry CLD 15843 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President E. H. Bailey and Assistant Secretary s* J. How in executing Grant of Ease­ment C.L.D. No. 15843, dated February l6, 1968 from Las Vegas Land and Water Company to City of Industry, a municipal corpor­ation of the State of California, granting and donating an easement to maintain, operate and use of sanitary sewer and appurtenant structures in and across that certain strip of land fifteen (15) feet in width, situate in City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, State of California, being that portion of Lot 9 of Tract 3193, as per map recorded in Book 35, page 79 of Maps, records of said County, and particularly described in said easement; Grantor reserving the general right to itself, its successors and assigns to use and permit others to use the lands for any purpose not inconsistent with the easement granted; instrument executed is subject to all conditions, limitations, restrictions, encumbrances, easements, licenses or interests of any person which may affect the said lands, and the word "grant” shall not be construed as a covenant against the existence of any thereof; Grantee, as -Jd.’era1^on '0f the foregoing grant of
