LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION UNION PACIFIC INDUSTRIAL CENTER (CARSON-DOMINGUEZ AREA) The following Wbrk Order Authority, for expenditure request, approved by the President, was submitted for ratification: W.O. 54, A.F.E. No. 3, issued July 9, 1963 Authority for Expenditure to cover the construction of streets,sewer lines, water lines, storm drains and other appurtenant facilities required for the development of Tract ?,A", containing 133 acres, at Union Pacific Industrial Center in Los Angeles County, California; (1968 Budget - Part of Item No. 1 - Amount of $1,073,700.00) total estimated expenditure $ 701,000 Less amount chargeable to Operating Expenses 2,000 Estimated cost of additional property chargeable to Land and Public Improvements, Long Beach, Calif* 699,000 Appropriated for expenditure during calendar year 1968 $699,000 WHEREUPON, on motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that the action of President E. H. Bailey in approving the aforementioned Work Order Authority be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. Adopted
