LAS VEGAS LAMP AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Harry G. Toy CLD 15804-2 On motion duly seconded, It was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T. E. Hammill In executing Extension Rider C. L. D. No. 15804-2, dated June 28, 1968, extending term of agreement Audit 11072, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Harry G. Toy, an Individual, covering lease of premises for growing of crops at Dominguez, Los Angeles County, California, to and including June 30, 1969, rental for extended term shall be $2,600.00 per annum, payable one half on July 1, 1965? and one half on January 1, 1969, in advance; be, and the same Is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
