LAS VEGAS LAMP AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Keith Electric Company CLD 16105 On motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T. E. Hamtaill in executing Letter Agreement C.L.D. No* 16105, dated July 31, 1963, between Keith Electric Corporation and Las Vegas Land and Water Company covering the furnishing of labor, materials and supervision to install lighting and cable reels, also fixture renovation, at Land Company’s warehouse at 3335 Leonis Boulevard, Vernon, California, as set forth in the agreement for a consideration of $5,800.00, on completion of work in conformance to the requirements of all statutes and local ordinances; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
