Harnraill in executing extension rider C. L. D. No. 15606-2, dated September 6, 1968 between Edward Piiario and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, extending tens of agreement Audit No. 11022, covering lease of premises for growing crops in City of Industry, California to and including October 31, 1969, rental for the extended terra shall be $46*66 per month, payable send.-annually in advance* be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved, and confirmed.
