On motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T.E.Hammill in executing extension rider C.L.D. No. 15606-2, dated September 6, 1968 between Edward Pilario and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, extending term of agreement Audit No. 11022, covering lease of premises for growing crops in City of Industry, California to and including October 31, 1969, rental for the extended term shall be $46.66 per month, payable semi-annually in advance; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T. E. Hammill in executing extension rider C.L.D. No. 14663-6, dated August 5, 1968 between George Taguchi and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, extending term of agreement Audit No. 10948, covering lease of land for agricultural purposes in City of Industry, California to and including September 30, 1969, rental for the extended term shall be $375.00 per annum, payable annually in advance; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
