LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION R. Adams CLD 15382-3 CA 11000 On motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T. E. Hammill in executing extension rider C.L.B. No. 15382-3, dated November 5, 1968 between R. Adams and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, extending term of agreement Audit No. 11000, covering lease of premises for dwelling purposes in City of Industry, California, to and Including December 31, 1969, rental for the extended term shall be $80.00 per month, payable monthly in advance; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
