Sale assented to by UPRRCo. Executive Committee on April 25, 1967. Credit account 202, Land and Public Improvements City of Industry, California for ledger value of property sold $25,739.00 Chargeable as sale price $85,030.00 Creditable to Profits on Sales of Real Estate $59,291.00 Estimated cost of removal of property retired, chargeable to Profit on Sales of Real Estate $ 5,299.00 Whereupon, on motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously -4-
