Los Angeles, January 19, 1949 1-7334 Mr. A. M. Folger: (CC - Mr. J. P. Mack) Referring to your le tte r o f January 10th, f i l e W 18-6-2, requesting statement o f water produced during 1 9 4 8 j The monthly reports of water produced invariably show less water produced than is being consumed, in view o f which they are of l i t t l e use in compiling annual report to the Public Service Commission. This is the same cond ition that developed during 1947. Have discussed th is matter with Mr. Mack's o f fic e , who advise further that the monthly reports o f water consumed do not agree with sim ilar reports received from the Auditor. Mr. Mack w ill furnish you report o f water produced and consumed, recon cilin g the reports received from various sources, and has suggested that such figures be used in reporting to the Nevada Public Service ,Commission, in which I concur.
