M, Kitchen, former occupant of room 56, paid the $8,00 due on November 27, 1953* Mr. Westmoreland, former occupant of room 33, was Injured on duty with the UP HR Company and has filed a claim against the railroad company, Mr, H, H, Snodgrass, Claim Agent for the Union Pacific Hailroad Company was asked in our letter dated August 19, 1953# to protect the #**.33 due this Company at the time the Railroad Company made a settlement with Mr. Westmoreland.
