Bracken: If possible for you to furnish., would thank you for the following information required for the specifications in connection with the contemplated addition to the Las Vegas Lard and Water Company's Employes Booming House. Item 1. Is the present building connected to city sewer system or cesspool? If connected to city sewer, please furnish size and location of same. If cesspool is used give all possible information regarding size, location, capacity and whether it is possible to connect 40 additional plumbing fix­tures to present cesspool, or should new cesspool be constructed? If so what is the desired location, also would like approximate size as this depends on local conditions. Item 2. How is hot water provided for present plumbing fixtures? Is separate heater used or main boiler? If separate heater is used give capacity and location and system used. Item 3. We are contemplating connecting additional rad­iator service to present boiler. Is the present boiler of sufficient capacity to take care of an additional 675 sq. ft.? Y/ould like capacity of present boiler, pressure of steam used and any criticism of present heating system. Item 4. Give location and size of main water service to building. Item 5. Give location of electric meter and cabinet box, voltage and current used in Las Vegas. Item 6. Would like approximate finished grade outside of building in regard to first floor level. This in front and rear of present building. Thanking you in advance for this information.
