Bennett) Tour le tte r of June hth, f i l e 199* with reference to correspondence in the natter of changing the corporate set-np of eater producing and distribution fa c ilit ie s in Las Togas: Xngineers of the Water D istrict are now haring meetings with our engineers with the idea of agreeing upon values of as many Items of the joint inventory as possible, the thought behind this i s that by so doing we can eliminate as many factors in the fin al evaluation ae possible. Mr. Bennett agrees with me that in ligh t of the active discussions now under way, and of the p ossib ility of these discussions fin ally resulting in an agreement on the sale of the property, any further consideration on the matter of change in the corporate set-up should be suspended.
