Mr* Renwick has very ably set out the Nevada statutes concerning the qualification of a foreign Corporation to do business in the State of Nevada* I have nothing to add to Mr. Renwick*s expressions except my opinion that there will be no objection to qualifying the Union Land *C •' o• m. pany- if| Vn; the State of Nevada* Immediately upon receipt of a certified copy and two conformed copies of the Articles of Incorporation of this company, together with all amendments thereto, I can initiate the same and will prepare all subsequent documents necessary to qualify the corporation.
