In said contract with the District the parties hereto will agree that if Salt Lake Company shall convey the lands tinted in pink on Exhib­it RA* prior to the sale thereof to the District, Salt Lake Company will insert a covenant running with the land in the deed conveying said land for the benefit of the land conveyed restricting the drilling of water wells by Salt Lake Company, its successors and as signs, upon certain other land now owned by Salt Lake Company. Ac­cordingly Salt Lake Company has inserted such a covenant in the deed conveying to Union Paelfle the land shown tinted in pink on Exhibit MA % In the deed by which the Union Pacific is conveying said land to the Water Company Union Pacific is assigning to the Water Company all of its rights and interests in and to the said covenant restrict 3
