Referring to Contract Agreement Audit No. 80300 Section 2, Page 7$ line 13, I note that Agreement states “Delivered to the Water Company*, which I think should read “Delivered to the Railroad Company*. The above comments on the monthly bill are mad# on th e basis the words "Water Company* will be change® to read “Railroad Company®. Mr. Bennett has been advised of the above..
