Vegas. _ Referring to your letter to Hr* Bongardt of July 24th transmitting the executed counterparts of the above-named agreement: Two errors have been detected In this agreement, ||) In line 15, page 7 the words "Water Company" should be changed to "Railroad Companies"| and (2) In line 3, page # the word "first" should be "second"* | have ruled out the incorrect words and substituted the correct words on the pages mentioned* I will appreciate it if you will initial the changes on the margin of the pages referred to and return to me the duplicate originals of the agreement which are handed to you herewith. namely: v Original Signed W.
