(3) Copy of my October 24, 1955 letter to Attorney General Harvey Dickerson transmitting Items (1) and (2) above. Actually, your name was on the list to receive these items which were mailed out the first of this week. Apparently, there was an oversight in the mailing department over at the District O ffice and I am calling this to their attention. Because we have tried to keep you fully informed on all developments. Very confidentially, in this morning's (Saturday) mail Attorney General Dickerson's opinion was received. I am very happy to inform you in advance of the news release which will not be made
