E. Hammill, Assistant Land and Tax Agent Gentlemen: M y letter of January 26, 1956 advised that the relocation work required under Section 5 of completed and requested that steps be taken toward releasing Relocation Fund. Subsequently an inspection was made by Mr. L. R. Maag which revealed that there was a short section of pxpe extending on the railroad property in the vicinity of Tonopah Highway and Bonanza Road, and also a stub Into the old f e stf / S T w U s i d i site. Both of these pipes and the power pole at the old rfestside Pumping Station mentioned in m y letter have been removed. Since to the best of our knowledge the work is entirely complete, it will be appreciated if you will take the necessary steps for release of the Relocation Fund. Yours very truly, W. C.
