Bennett - Los Angeles: Referring to your letter of August 20, file 80-11, with which yo u enclosed copy of letter from First National Bank of Nevada in which they state that all funds have been disbursed from Escrow No. 12-1905 as per the terms of Agreement dated July 31, 1956, executed b y the Union Pacific Railroad Company and the Las Vegas Valley Water District: It appears from ny file that the purposes of escrow No. 12-1905 have now been completely fulfilled. In this connection, please advise as to whether there will be any further charges from the bank in connection with this escrow in order that I may advise Mr. Smith as to total charges so that he can close LVLSW Work Order 790.
