Larkin) Please refer to ray C-238 of May 1959, regarding the sale of water from shop grounds well at Las Vegas, Nevada, to individuals and various concerns, and particular* ly the advice that the Las Vegas Valley Water District is not in a position to furnish water at this time. Attached are the following applications covering the purchase of water from our supply at Las Vegas, and for shipment in tank car at tariff rates to the locations designated: 1. The Flintkote Company for supply at Arrolime, Nevada. These people will require approx­imately 10,000 gallons every three days. 2. City of Logandale for water for delivery at Logandale at the rate of approximately one tank car per month. 3. Siraplot Silica Products, Inc. for delivery at Mead Lake, Nevada. This industry will require approximately 10,000 gallons each 20 days. We have heen charging heretofore 25^ p@J* thousand gallons plus freight charges which should be the basis for compensation in the proposed agreements. Will you please arrange for appropriate contracts to cover and submit to Mr* Larkin to obtain execution on behalf of the industries. G, A. Cun m
