Hawaii 1 H U E . 0 JAN 5 1960 Please refer to ay letter of November 23* 1959* wherein 1 advised that with reference to your notices of expiration of the agreements referred thereto* and the w o v e designated agreement, between the Las Vegas Land and Water Company and the individuals named therein* und request for advice as to whether or not they will be renewed* please be advised that all obligations of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company were assumed by the Las Vegas Valley Water District with the sale of the Water Company to the District. Consequently, no agreements here-tofere entered into by the Las Vegas Land and Water Company concerning its extension of water mains in the City of Las Vegas will be renewed. % assume that notices of expiration of such agreements are therefore no longer necessary.
