Larkin - Salt Lake City) Wit h reference to your letter of Deptembar 28th, File 9302, to Mr. Renwick, enclosing, for approval as to execution and appropriate disposition, duplicate originals of proposed Overhead Wire Crossing Agreement, NLD 32^3, with private individuals, dba South Panaca Power Group, covering power line encroachment on the Pioehe Branch in the vicinity of Panaca, Nevada. Property involved in this encroachment was acquired by Caliente & Pioehe Railroad Company b y Deed dated December 10, 1906, Audit No. 1012, from Edward R. Phillips (a single man). Government grant not involved.
