I understand that' all of the documents of conveyance which I am enclosing for the transfer of the water system to the District are satisfactory to Mr, Hamilton. I am not enclosing forms of the easements which will be granted for pipe lines and power lines. They will be identical in form with Exhibits "F " and !1F-1,: attached to the Sale Agreement dated June 1, 1953# except that Easement Strip 6 in Exhibit ”F" will be omitted because an easement for that pipe line has already been granted in the same form by the Railroads to the Water Company and in turn will be conveyed by the Water Company to the District on the sale date along with all other easements presently owned by the Water Company. I Intend to send the conveyance documents forward for execution by our executives as soon as they are approved and shall appreciate it if you will give them consideration as soon as possible.
