A . _ _ -v MAY r. 129854 This refers to your letter May 21, 1954, file 80-11. i The amount of $41,331.79, representing the balance as of April 30, 1954, in Account 113 "Accounts Receivable" recorded on the books of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, does not include any charges for air conditioning, refrigeration, ice making and other similar equipment as all charges for these services assessed during the summer of 1953 have been collected. Likewise, the June 30, 1954 estimate of $48,000.00, shown on statement sent to you with my letter dated May 21, 1954, does not Include any such charges. Effective May 1, 1954, such service will again commence to accrue on the books of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company and as of sale date, there undoubtedly will be some of these charges uncollected.
