Maag ) The original Escrow Instructions and Amendment to Escrow instructions have teen delivered to the First National Bank of Nevada, Our latest information is that the Board of Directors of the Las Vegas Valley water District w ill hold a meeting in the latter part of this week to authorise the signing of the Escrow Instructions by the District. Therefore, unless some difficulty develops at the last moment, we expect the transfer of the water Aystem to the District to be made on July 1, Mr. Reinhardt agrees with me that it would be desirable for you to have a representative at Lae Vegas on the sale date who could remain there until the final accounting for the purchase price Is complete. A number of accounting problems incidental to the transfer w ill undoubtedly arise after the sale date, which can be disposed of on the grounds by Mr. Ma&g and your representative. w ill you pleas® advise i f you w ill arrange' for a • representative of your department to be present as suggested.
