Bennett -ngeles) Please refer to your letter to ms of Tebruary 25, 195^ your filet V 9-I-3 and V 26, relative to transfer of certain Item of transite pipe and fittings from the Bailroad accounts to LVLMf accounts. the Water Company, and the Las Vegas Valley Water District, the Ball roads and the Water Company agreed to sell to the District, under Section 1 (h), all of the materials and supplies Belonging to the Water Company. Under this agreement the Bailroad Company does not agree to tell any of it* materials and supplies to the District. There is nothing in the contract which in any m y Unite the right of the Water Company to purchase materials and supplies for use in the operation of Its water system. The Water Company has the right to Buy materials and supplies from the Bailroad Company as well ae any ether vender.
