This refers to your letter, March 29, 1954, file 80-11, regarding original documents to be turned over to the Las Vegas Valley Water District upon completion of sale. While your letter makes no special request for the original Certificates of Appropriation issued to L.V.L.& W.Co. as referred to in Section 1 (c) and shown on exhibit "C" of Sale Contract, it is presumed that they will be desired and, if so, will you please advise whether such Certificates in our files should be furnished you at this time along with other documents for turning over to the Water District. ^ R.
