I agree.Los Angeles, April 16, 19£>^ 30-11 Mr, R. 1® Sutton: (cc - Mr. Mm, Reinhardt Mr. C. M. Bates Mr. L. R. Maag) With reference to your letter of April 13th, your file 706-36, regarding photostatic copies of original Certificates of Appropriation: I do not see why the District would wish the original Certificates of Appropriation in view of the fact that they are a matter of public record. Therefore I see no need to photostat them at this time. If the District wishes them, I see no reason why we should not turn them over to the District. Your letter indicates that you are planning to furnish me at this time with the originals of documents which will be turned over to the Mater District. You should retain the originals of all documents to be turned over to the District until such time as we are ready to open the escrow and deliver them to the District. £, £. Bennett , ECRtMSS
