Section 16, None of the parties hereto shall be consid­ered in default in respect to any obligation if prevented from ful­filling such obligation by reason of uncontrollable forces, the term '’uncontrollable forces" being deemed for the purposes of this agreement to mean any cause beyond the control of the party affect­ed, including but not limited to flood, earthquake, storm, light­ning, fire, epidemic, war, riot, civil disturbance, labor disturb­ance, sabotage and restraint by court or public authority, which,by exercise of due diligence and foresight, such party could not rea­sonably have been expected to avoid. Any party rendered unable to fulfill any obligation by reason of uncontrollable forces shall ex­ercise due diligence to remove such inability with all dispatch, Section 17» All notices given pursuant to the terms of this agreement shall be given as follows: Any such notice shall be given to the District by person­ally serving the President or Secretary of the District with such written notice or by depositing such written notice in the United States mall, registered, and addressed to the President or Secre­tary of the District at 900 South 5th Street, Das Vegas, Nevada, Any such notice shall be given to the First Panties by personally serving a copy of such written notice upon WM.
